Sometimes solvents fail to bond the plastic assemblies properly. In that case, an effective solution could be UV cured glues.
UV cured glues require specifically built dispensers that protect the UV glues from premature hardening during the dispensing phase.
The machine’s dark color offers optimal protection against light and prevent unwanted polymerization from occurring inside the Solvent Dispenser.
The dispenser also features a protective ring that closes over the dispensing bushing area. The ring prevent the adhesive from being released while the machine is not in use.
Product Specifications
The UV glue dispenser delivers adhesive on the external surface of tubings or components. Each tubing diameter should range between 1.3 mm and 8.0 mm. And tubing with different diameters will require different bushings.
Compatible UV cured Glues
The maximum viscosity of adhesive that can be dispensed is 1500 cP.
