If a piece of equipment needs to be repaired or replaced, we can start to assist you remotely and then schedule an on-site visit if required. We promise to resolve any technical issues as quickly as possible.

International standard regulations require that medical device manufacturers calibrate their machines at least once every year. Calibration is the resetting of machine parameters to their original and approved settings to ensure their precision.
Here at Tecnoideal America, we offer annual calibration services on machines sold to help keep our customers in compliance. Some of our machines can automatically alert customers when calibrations are needed. And our technical support team will also reach out to business partners when it’s time to calibrate their devices.

Coaching and Training program
The coaching or training sessions are conducted in-person, over the phone, or remotely, depending on the customer situation. Furthermore, our instructors can conduct those sessions in several languages, including English and Spanish.
