Tecnoideal America offers multiple cutting solutions to medical device manufacturers.

Our solutions can fit any factory setting, from small benchtop machines to large systems that might include conveyor belts.
Tecnoideal’s cutters are particularly suitable for processing tubings used in the medical sector – where the precision of the length, the accuracy of the cut, and the quality of the materials in contact with the tubing are of the utmost importance.
Depending on the device, the tubing can be fed by hand, uncoiled from the reel, or cut directly from the extrusion line.

Cutting System

Our solutions can process tubings with diameters between 2mm to 19mm and with lengths ranging from 5mm to 9,999mm.
Each machine includes a resident memory that saves the production cycle settings, such as the length and tubing diameter. Our cutting machines can keep track of the number of pieces cut. In addition, it can be set to produce a certain quantity per batch.

All of our cutting machines come with a safety system that includes an acoustic alarm, a locking door to keep the blades inaccessible during the cutting cycle, and more.
