Compact tape dispenser
The Cohesive Tape Dispenser dispenses and cuts pieces of tape to the desired length.
The Cohesive Tape Dispenser cuts directly from the reel so that the operator may immediately apply it to the bundle of coiled tubings.
Operators can use the LED display to set the cut length between 20mm to 9999mm. Each time the operator removes a cut piece of tape, the machine automatically cuts the next one to the preset size.
The operator can also cut a longer, not preset piece of tape by pressing the “feed” key for the desired length and cut the tape by pressing “cut.” The Cohesive Tape Dispenser can accept tape of these two dimensions:
- ½ (12.7mm)
- 1” (25.4mm) tape.
Furthermore, the Dispenser’s blade unit can be removed and replaced easily.
