The EASYcut is a high-performance, precise cutting solution for small to medium medical plastic tubing productions. This benchtop cutting solution processes plastic tubing ranging in diameters between 2.5mm to 10mm. Tubing can be hand-fed or uncoiled from the reels.
When setting up the production parameters, supervisors can program the tubing length and the quantity for a specific batch. Also, they can choose to set the tubing length in either millimeters or inches.
The EASYcut is a microprocessor-controlled machine that includes a diagnostic and safety system. A 3-color LED serves as an easy visual indicator of the machine’s status: Error, Stand-By, or In-Progress.
The machine will shut down as a safety feature if the door enclosing the blade lodging opens during production. Thus, the system reduces the potential for injury to the operator.
The EASYcut is a high-quality, oil-free, non-pneumatic electric machine that features an advanced technical construction suitable for clean rooms. It comes with one cutting kit that includes a bushing and tractor wheel and one blade. Manufacturers can pair the EASYcut with a motorized uncoiler to enable continuous production.
