DUV

The DUV is designed to dispense UV cured adhesive onto the external and internal surfaces of tubings, needles, connectors, and other medical device components. It features a single bushing slot and can accommodate the assembly of components ranging in diameter from 2mm to 10mm. And each tubing diameter requires a unique bushing. The bushings can be easily removed and replaced when needed.

Machine versions

The DUV comes standard with a Vapor Conveyor System (VCS) that removes glue vapors from the working area to achieve minimal environmental contamination. There are two main versions of the DUV: the DUV LS and the DUV Plus.

DUV LS (Level Sensor): It’s features a visual level indicator with marks that show the maximum and minimum glue levels in the reservoir and a LED signaling system that alerts the operator when the glue level is low. The DUV LS dispenses glue on the external surfaces of tubings. 

DUV PLus: It’s capable of dispensing UV glue on internal surfaces. It is available by request only.
