Robust four-station dialysis line
Tecnoideal’s automatic dialyzer lines use multiple processes to assemble and test dialyzers.
These assembly systems consist of four stations, from the assembly of the filter housings to the finished products’ testing. We design the automatic dialyzer line to process any dialyzer membrane.
Our dialyzer lines ensure the full traceability of our finished products.
We label our filters using three labeling options: label printing, laser-engraved cartridges, or automatic label application on the dialyzer housing. Further, variable data such as the batch number and expiration date are determined automatically by computer.
Operations
The complete assembly line consists of four stations :
Station 1: Pre-potting operations with filter housing assembly & fiber bundle insertion
Station 2: Potting operations or filter creation
Station 3: Cutting and final assembly of PUR (polyurethane) filter
Station 4: Wetting, testing, and drying of completed dialyzers
