Robust assembly solution for medium-volume production of coiled tubings
The CCB Plus cuts plastic tubing from reels continuously, then coils, and bands it with cohesive tape. It is capable of processing tubings with diameters ranging from 2.5mm to 9.54mm.
The CCB Plus comes with an external Motorized Uncoiler with two tubing reel positions. When one reel runs out of tubing during production, the machine automatically begins uncoiling from the second stand-by reel. The operator is then able to replace the empty reel, allowing for continuous production.
Supervisors can customize nearly every aspect of the assembly process to fit their production’s needs. Setting options include the tubing length, coiling dimensions, number of coil turns, position and size of tubing ends, length of cohesive tape, and tape application mode.
The CCB Plus can reach a maximum speed of 750 pieces per hour. It automatically detects when products are “out-of-specs” and stop production so that the operator can remove the defective product from the collection bin or conveyor belt.
