Cut, Coil, & Band Solutions

The process of manually coiling and banding cut tubings is time-consuming and sometimes ineffective. Thus, a productive approach is to use a Cut-Coil-Band solution. 

Tecnoideal has developed highly productive machines capable of achieving these three processes in a single and continuous cycle.

Description and operation

There are five critical parts to the machine:

1. Hose unwinding unit: unwinds the tubings from the tubing reel 
2. Tube cutting unit: cuts the tubing to accurate length and with perpendicular cuts free of impurities 
3. Winding unit: coils the tubing on a predetermined diameter 
4. Banding unit: uses paper tape to keep the coil in the shape
5. Finished product unloading unit: unloads finished or rejected products in a chute.
