Basic operations include: cutting the tubing to length, bonding components, dimensional product check, coiling and banding of finished products, and leak testing.

Machine speed

Our solutions are reliable and provide repeatable, consistent finished products. Our systems could make between 1,200 to 6,000 pieces per hour, depending on product complexity and customer requests. 

Machine specifications

Most of our automated assembly lines include a PLC with dedicated software. We can also supply industrial PCs and customized electronics upon request. 

Type of customized automation

Some of our automated assembly lines include automation for blood lines and dialysis filter assembly lines. We can also design and manufacture customized assembly lines for products unique to your company.
