As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic unfolds in the United States and around the world, we continue to follow the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. As such, we have implemented social distancing practices including work from home, virtual meetings, and have limited non-essential business travel.
We are improving our business continuity plan to include extended periods of crisis, along with operating with a significantly reduced workforce.
We don’t anticipate any major disruptions in our supply chain at this time. Our parent company’s facility in Mirandola, Italy where we design and manufacture all of our machines is fully operational and complying with regulations and directives from the Italian Government and the Italian Higher Institute of Health (ISS). This has included extra measures to ensure the sanitation of the entire facility and continuing to impose strict social distancing rules. Our Group President, Mr. Luciano Fecondini, has implemented a balanced approach to help keep our employees safe and to protect our commitment to our customers. Our parent company’s suppliers continue to be reliable and we are prepared to sustain our operations for the coming months.
As we navigate this crisis as a company, our goal at all times is to ensure that we meet the needs of all our stakeholders to the greatest extent possible.
We will always be thankful to the numerous healthcare workers and emergency personnel across the globe that are doing exceptional work to keep us healthy.
