This easy-to-operate Solvent Dispenser is for use with cyclohexanone or alternative solvents. It is the superior choice for the manual bonding of plastic medical tubing. The engineers at Tecnoideal designed this machine with user-friendliness and operator efficiency in mind.
The DS-Vision’s simple touch screen display allows supervisors to set production parameters and help operators follow them. There are three levels of access rights built into the machine that ensures that the intended personnel is setting these parameters. Supervisors can program settings such as the quantity of solvent to be dispensed, solvent flow, and the tubing’s optimal insertion time.
