Bushings

A Solvent or UV glue dispenser distributes thin layers of solvent or UV glue to the outer or inner surface of tubings before their assembly. It does this through a bushing, a device at the heart of any dispenser.

Bushings made by Tecnoideal are in stainless steel are very durable. Their dimensions depend on customer product specifications. 

Type of bushings

There are two types of bushings:

• Outer Diameter (OD) bushings: they are about +0.2mm larger than the tubing diameter.
• Inner Diameter (ID) bushings: they are about -0.2mm smaller than the tube diameter.
