High-quality Leak Testing
The P-Test Plus 15 and the P-Test Plus 60 are used to perform Air Pressure Decay and Leak Rate testing on medical devices.
These Tecnoideal testing devices do well on a range of elastic or rigid medical devices such as blood lines, infusion and transfusion sets, bags, filters, and oxygenators.
Quality Assurance and R&D departments favor these testing tools for validation and qualification purposes, while the Production departments use them for routine testing of finished products.
The P-Test Plus 15 and P-Test Plus 60 can store up to 100 test programs, all protected by an alphanumeric 16-digit code.
These machines test pressure range from 30 to 6000 hPa/mBar. It records metrics for each program, including the number of tests executed, the pass/fail rate, and the tests’ date and time.
The P-Test Plus 15 and PT-Plus 60’s operative interface and technical features are easy to use. It possesses a wide LCD, backlit graphic display with contrast adjustment, and a user-friendly keyboard.
The P-Test Plus series arrives pre-calibrated and comes with a Calibration Certificate. The date of the last calibration performed is stored in the device’s memory and automatically displayed each time the machine starts. All devices include on-screen directions to help with an on-site calibration. Also, you can leverage Tecnoideal America Calibration Services.
Medical device manufacturers can pair the P-Test Plus 15 and 60 with optional value-add accessories, such as the 6-Way Sequencer, Bag Holder, Data Recorder, Remote Control, and Foot Switch.
