DS2

The DS2 is our traditional base model of solvent dispensers. It comes with various options, allowing customers to buy devices that respond to their specific needs.

Customers can choose a dispenser with one, two, or four bushings. The bushings are designed to dispense solvent at a predetermined depth, either internally (ID) or externally (OD).

Options Available

Below are the primary options available to customers:

Sliding Door (SD)

The sliding door closes when the dispenser switches off or when the audio-visual alarm is triggered.

Vapor Conveyor System (VCS) 

The VCS includes an exhaust tube adapter that removes solvent vapors from the working area to achieve minimal environmental contamination. 

Level Sensor (LS) 

The LS is an audio-visual signaling system that alerts the operator when the reservoir level is low.

Electronic Flow Regulator (EFR) 

The EFR allows supervisors to program the level sensor that signals low solvent level and adjust the pumping frequency that determines the solvent flow.

• DS PLUS/LS and DS PLUS/LS with VCS. These are dispensers with a large reservoir (200ml)
• DSV-T Vertical Dispenser for tubings internal wetting
• DSV equipped with one dispensing bushing for large diameter tubings
• DSV-Top vertical dispenser for tubings internal wetting (closed configuration)
• DSF supplied with four dispensing bushings
